Day 1
Arrival in Kigali and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Your Gorilla Trek Safaris guide will welcome you in Kigali. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short city experience before beginning your journey north.
Travel through Rwanda's scenic countryside toward the Volcanoes National Park region. Enjoy beautiful views of rolling hills, local villages and green landscapes.
Arrive at your lodge, check in and prepare for the next day's gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2
Mountain Gorilla Trekking Experience
Enjoy an early breakfast before traveling to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a briefing with park guides and rangers.
You will be assigned a gorilla family group before beginning your trek through the forest. The duration of the trek depends on the location of the gorilla family.
Once the gorillas are located, you will spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat.
After the trekking experience, return to your lodge and enjoy the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the surrounding area.

Day 3
Volcanoes Region and Return to Kigali
After breakfast, enjoy your final morning in northern Rwanda.
Depending on your flight schedule and travel arrangements, you may enjoy a short cultural or scenic experience before returning to Kigali.
Your guide will transfer you to Kigali or the airport, marking the end of your Rwanda gorilla trekking safari.
